FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTONS

Q: Do you offer local pickup? A: Yes, if you'd like to take advantage of our local pickup in Abbotsford, BC just select "local pickup" from the shipping options at checkout. You will receive an email upon placing your order with the pickup details.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Q: Can I pay cash upon pickup? Yes, if you'd like to pay cash please contact us via email or the Contact Us page on the website and let us know what you'd like to order and when you'd like to pick it up. We will let you know your order total via email and arrange for a convenient pickup date and time.

Q: What is your shipping policy? A: We offer free expedited shipping on all orders within Canada over $150 CAD. Normal shipping rates apply to all Canadian orders under $150 as well as any orders shipped to the United States.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order? A: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. Delivery dates vary depending on location of delivery. All delivery estimates are given via the Canada Post tracking system.

Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the status of your delivery.

Q: What is your return policy? A: Please refer to our Returns + Exchanges page

Q: What should I do if my size is non-existent on the website. A: As we are a small company we typically carry lower inventory of the less common sizes. If you're looking for a less common size or your size is out of stock drop us an email and we'll do our best to get your size in on our next inventory order.

Q: Do you offer gift cards? A: Unfortunately we don't offer gift cards just yet. 

 

Q: How can I contact customer service? A: Drop us an email at alpinepursuit.bc@gmail.com. Emails are typically answered the same or next business day. We currently don't have a separate email specifically for customer service.
